World-wide Parts Supply

1.8 million square metres comprise the peninsula in the rhine on which the worldwide biggest warehouse for automotive parts, the Global Logistics Center in Germersheim, is located. The central warehouse is the control and distributing center of the global  parts logistics of the Daimler AG and offers state-of-the-art warehousing.

Along with the administrative processing and co-ordination of the logistics processes for parts and accessories of the different brands - Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, smart, Chrysler and Jeep -,the operational processing of the parts logistics of Mercedes-Benz takes place at the Central Warehouse 1 in Germersheim.

More central warehouses can be found in Woerth, Ettlingen, Offenbach and Hatten (Alsace/France). All in all this sums up to well over one million square metres of effective storage area.
