The Logistics Centers receive and accept orders from the service retail network round-the-clock. If necessary, the parts will also be picked, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible on Sundays and Public Holidays. The parts range of the Logistics Centers is optimally designed to meet the needs and demand of the customers in the allotted regional areas. Should, however, one part not be available at any point in time, the part will be supplied per Express Delivery from one of the other Logistics Centers or procured from the Central Warehouse and delivered directly to the customer.
